உலக நாடுகளில் COVID-19 வேகமாக பரவி வரும் நிலையில் மக்கள் பீதி அடைந்துள்ளனர்.
இதட்கு எதிரான மருந்துகள் இதுவரை கண்டுபிடிக்கப்படாத நிலையில், இந்நோயை கண்டுபிடிக்கும் Nucleic Acid Tests Kids க்கும் பாரிய கேள்வி நிலவி வருகிறது.
இது இப்படி இருக்க பாரிய அளவிலான Tests Kids கொண்ட கொள்கலன் பிரபல தனியார் வைத்தியசாலைகளுக்கு விநியோகிக்க இலங்கைக்கு வந்துள்ளதாக தகவல்கள் கிடைத்துள்ளன. மக்கள் மத்தியில் நிலவும் அதீத பீதி காரணமாக சாதாரண காய்ச்சல், தடிமலுக்கும் பயத்தை ஊட்டி சோதனை மேற்கொண்டு பணம் பறிக்கலாம் என்ற அச்சம் உருவாகியுள்ளது.
இது சம்பந்தமான சுகாதார பணிப்பாளரின் பணிப்புரை பின்வருமாறு:-
“Revision to interim summary guidelines for clinical management of patients with novel coronavirus COVID – 19″ இல் குறிப்பிட்டதுபோல்” குறிப்பிட்ட நோய் அறிகுறிகள், Corona Virus தொற்று அதிகமுள்ள நாடொன்றுக்கு அண்மையில் பயணம் மேட்கொள்ளல், Corona Virus தொற்று உறுதிப்படுத்தப்பட்ட ஒருவருடன் தொடர்பில் இருத்தல் போன்ற காரணங்கள் அடங்கலான Guidelines ஐ பின்பற்றவேண்டும்.”
“எந்த காரணம் கொண்டும் சும்மா சோதித்து பார்த்தல் (Screening) என்ற அடிப்படையில் COVID-19 PCR Testing பயன்படுத்தப்படக்கூடாது.” என காட்டமாக தனியார் Laboratory களுக்கு அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.
“கொரோனா தொற்று உறுதிப்படுத்தப்பட்டால், தனிப்படுத்தல் வசதிகளை கொண்ட ஏற்கனவே அடையாளப்படுத்தப்பட்ட 17 வைத்தியசாலைகளில் மாத்திரமே நோயாளிகள் அனுமதிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.”
இதனை வேறு முறையில் சொல்வதானால் “தற்போதைய தீர்மானத்தின் பிரகாரம் எந்த தனியார் வைத்தியசாலைகளிலும் கொரோனா வைரஸ் தொற்றுக்கு உள்ளான நோயாளிகளை அனுமதித்து சிகிச்சை வழங்க முடியாது. (அரசியல்வாதிகளுக்கு தொற்று ஏட்பற்டால் இந்த முடிவில் மாற்றங்கள் நிகழலாம்.)
இதட்கிடையில் அரசு Corona Virus சம்பந்தமான வதந்திகளை பரப்ப வேண்டாம் என மக்களை கேட்டுக்கொண்டுள்ளது.
